I’ll be happy when there’s a way to access accounts and applications without using passwords. I’m overloaded with login names, passwords, questions, and codes from my phone. Grant it, I know the importance of keeping information safe; however, it can be frustrating to no end. The other day, I tried helping my husband set up an app on his phone for a new fitness band. He needed to know his iTunes password to download the app. He knew the password but it wouldn’t take. He tried very, very carefully to tap each key, each cap, and each symbol. Nope, wouldn’t take. He tried a new one. Didn’t work. Already used the password in the past. Once we were able to get a new iTunes password, he then had to set up a login name and password for the fitness band app. Yes, there were a few swear words spoken. Finally, we were able to get him up and running with the app icon on his phone and his name and stats within the program.
And then I felt my fitness band buzz as my band decided to sync with the information on his phone.
